I would watch your calorie in take. Have two meals a day, only one of them big. A snack at night to hold you over and no eating beyond 8 PM. I lost 20 pounds in one month doing just that. Drink plenty of water and exercise several times a week, even if its 20 minutes.
I wouldnt recmomend it because you should be roasting these cals 2 workouts a day just training . and that's hard enough on the heart, but..and I do not take this, but it will shrink your fat cells.

I actually suffered a stroke basically because of the insane kinda training that I was doing. It enlarged my heart which in turn created scars all over my enlarged heart. The docs tell me that a flake of a scar got loose and was caught up at the base of my skull. I was in incredible shape though at the time that I was fighting.
