Stretching and flexibility.

    What's needed for us is warming up.
    Warm up (move back n forth, rotate) shoulders, elbows, wrists, neck, knees, walk on your ankles, and stretch your back lefts right back forth , the most important is the back to me. Lastly open and push your jaw sideways and nose.
    I see boxers stretching as if they gon throw some high kick, tons of useless movement.
    Golovkin is just not stiff, not that flexible. And how do you think being flexible is releated with heavy punches?
    Disagree, good flexibility Means good rotation which helps with power tremendously. It also helps the muscle stay lose and relaxed and more power comes when you are relaxed and not stiff
