How do you mentally prepare yourself before fight?

Whats up y'all, simple question how do you mentally prepare yourself? I got a upcoming fight this week, and got load of problems with family and etc, most of the time I think negative right now, looking for simple tips how tf should I change my minds .
edit: not only before fighting, like all the time, where should I start thinking like a fighters do, champions... I am tired of this **** on my minds, it's hard to fight with myself too.

You can think positive before fight be believing yourself, that you are able to win that fight. This believe comes from your training for the fight. For becoming confident, you must fully prepare yourself for reaching your goals in fight and training.

Yes, preparation is very important to build confidence. Assuming you're sparring and working out on a regular basis? You need to block everything else out and be completely in the moment and mindfully present, especially during the actual fight or sparring...nothing else from the outside world should enter your mind. It should be somewhat easy to focus during a fight because nothing else should matter when someone is trying to take you out.

You can't get rid of nerves before a fight, the best way I've heard it described, for getting the nerves under control, is that after a while yeah, you still get butterflies in your stomach, but now the butterflies fly in formation.

'Train hard, fight easy.' You can take a lot of confidence from knowing that you have trained well, haven't cut corners. That way, in the end, winning or losing means nothing next to the knowledge that you have given your best.

A good exercise is to visualise the outcomes you want to see. Been working on a particular counter? Imagine yourself successfully executing that counter in a fight situation. Etc

Nerves never really go away. You get more used to the feeling over time.
Once the bell rings my nerves always disappeared.

Most people lose their cool at the ring walk
