Whats up y'all, simple question how do you mentally prepare yourself? I got a upcoming fight this week, and got load of problems with family and etc, most of the time I think negative right now, looking for simple tips how tf should I change my minds .
edit: not only before fighting, like all the time, where should I start thinking like a fighters do, champions... I am tired of this **** on my minds, it's hard to fight with myself too.
