I have been boxing for a year, where i did spar for 6 months, with mostly guys younger than me because i was the oldest. But i did alot of technique and bag work, pad work.
I right now do bag work all the techniques i learned, i have only been doing it for self defense. Beside that i do 3x10 deadlift bench or squat and then 5-10 circuit pullups dips pushups 3 x a week.
Will it do any good self defense vise ? I can do all the basics jab, footwork, hips all that.
