When I hit the heavy bag today,my punches felt weak. I was still making dents in the bag and made my partner bounce all over the place when I hit the bags like normal. But why did my punch feel so weak?
If I don't eat protein before training,could that cause it? I ate fish and potatoes before training,but usually when I eat bread with cheese on I feel like I hit like Mike Tyson(Exhaggaration but that is what it feels like) Today however I felt like I couldn't crack an egg hitting it with my best left hook.
