pm - Boxing Gym
Tuesday
Strength & Conditioning (Explosive stuff)
Wednesday
am 5k run
pm Boxing Gym
Thursday
Strength & Conditioning (Core work)
Friday
Boxing Gym
Saturday
am 5k Run
pm Circuit then swimming
Sunday
Rest
Boxing gym work is usually:
5 rounds skipping
5 rounds shadow boxing
5 rounds heavy bag
3 rounds pad work
