That's more than I ever did for boxing, good for you! I didn't really compete though, but my training schedule used to be something like this:

    Monday:
    Boxing training
    calisthenics

    Tuesday:
    Sparring
    Boxing Training

    Wednesday:
    Boxing Training
    Pull ups & Jump rope

    Thursday:
    Sparring
    Boxing Training

    Friday:
    Boxing Training
    Sprints & Hill runs

    Saturday:
    3-5 miles running
    core workout

    Boxing training was usually:
    1-2 rds of shadowboxing
    2-5 rds of bag work
2-3 rds of double end bag
Padwork wasn't for everyone everyday, but everyone got a chance at least weekly to work the pads.

This doesn't include drills practiced, just a solid template of what was usually done.

Calisthenics was usually push ups (with variations) and crunches

Core workout would include hanging leg raises, crunches and planks.

I was usually pretty exhausted with the above schedule, could never picture myself running in the mornings, going to school, then boxing gym, having energy to have a social live and not fail school.

Nice i got some tips from this,
I got inspired from Anthony Joshua's training program, especially with the neck
I like to mix my type of training with Vasyl Lomachenko's and Anthony Joshua's but anyways heres mine (the typical Philippine boxing training with jogging)

      Monday
      Am-30minute jogging
      Pm-boxing gym

      Tuesday
      Am-30 minute jogging
      12pm-20 minute jogging
      3pm- boxing gym
      night time - jogging again

      Wednesday
      Rest

      Thursday
      Am 30 minute jogging
      Pm Sparring
      Pm Boxing routines

      Friday
      cardio workout
      2-3 round heavy bag
      speed bag
      double end bag

      Saturday
      Strength training

      Sunday
      Rest

of course just jog lightly to moderate cuz it just gonna ruin the body.
And this is my training because I aim to compete hard and be real
      =)

Man, I think some of you guys need to work more on your core. I'm seeing some of you posting only once a week on core?

Maybe some of you mix in core with other things you mentioned.

I used to go to the gym a lot more before my work schedule changed. Now I only train part time really. But usually what I do is this:

        Monday

        - Boxing Gym

        Tuesday

        - Boxing Gym

        Wednesday

        - Running (2 - 3 miles)

        Thursday

        - Rest

        Friday

        - Running (2 - 3 miles)

        Saturday

        - Rest

        Sunday

        - Running (2 - 3 miles)

        Gym days are usually:

        6 rounds skipping rope
        6 rounds shadow boxing
        4 rounds heavy bag
2 rounds sparring (not every day)
2 rounds pad work (not every day)
2 rounds push ups / core
        2 rounds arm circles

Back when my schedule allowed it, I would go to the gym at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4. I usually don't go running before the gym, because I think it drains me too much, especially when I spar. As a matter of fact, I try to keep gym days and running days separate.

If I have enough time, I'll do push ups and core work after my runs.

          10 triple clap push ups
          10 broad jumps

          4:30 am
          30 minute jump rope

          5:00 am
5 minutes worth of neck bridges

          5:10 am
Two and a half hours of shadow boxing working on footwork and counter punching

          7:40 am
Work 15 minutes on the jab

Tuesday's and Thursday's after morning classes and work I'll go to the gym to spar for 5 rounds and mitt work for 5 rounds
After college then I'm going to start taking boxing more seriously by turning pro

I train whenever I want but I sometimes going for days without touching a glove or doing any conditioning. I do have a very strict diet of six chickens, a side of spaghetti, all washed down with a half gallon of red wine, or beer, or both. I attribute my successful knockout streak to my diet and never let such niceties as ring rules and sportsmanship get in the way of taking a few to land a big one on my opponent.
