I do power punching once a week 3 hours ,don't do rounds just go the 3 hours and maybe with about 10 minutes rest here and there when I need it altogether,...taking a minute here and maybe 3 minutes there on /off at my own pace fast /slow /medium throughout the routine.

Last week I tried it after 30-40 mins of shadowboxing with 2 lbers and little bag training.
I just threw 1-2s as powerful and explosive as I could, non-stop.
After 1 round I was done, couldn't go for a 2nd like that.
But was able to train on bag with normal pace.

I myself start to gas out around late in round 3 or in round 4. When I'm doing 8 rounds I usually have to take a round to rest, so I don't throw that much and I rest behind my jab like Foreman recommends.
you dont work on boxing movement? angles?
footwork???
defensive stances??? you can incorporate those things in your heavybag routine and it would actually make your stamina work HARDER.
all those things i mentioned, they also take energy from you but a least you are improving your muscle memory and adding to your repetition count.
throwing like a mad man without any boxing skill incorporation i dont like.....
you can improve your stamina and your technique along with your muscle memory....
