My carbs are okay?

    Low carb diets only work on short periods of time. If you trying to lose weight in 2 days then low carb works.
    The weight you lose is a lot of water tho. As you lose your carbs that have a lot of water bound to them.

    So keep those carbs higher, get lower fat ( 9cal per 1 g fat, 4 cal per 1 g carb) and generally get a calorie deficite
