    My carbs are okay?

Im trying to lose fat and drop down the weight. Im like 18% bodyfat and want to drop it down to 14%. I eat around 130gr of carbs. Should I cut them back or the amount its pretty good?

130 seems fairly low already. dont think it matters massively whether its your fats or carbs that aare low or high (outside of high level performance sports) as long as you are taking in enough protein and under baseline calories

Ya 130 is really low. I'd recommend eating two meals a day and having 2 smoothies with protein. With exercise you should be hitting 1500 calories no problem.

At least what amount of carbs? I get my protein from whole foods.

Is he you? Why are you asking him this question?

It's your body, if you feel good with that intake and are losing fat then you have your answer.

Keep your protein high, lift weights, eat less calories than you burn. It really is that simple.

Lower the carbs and up the protein. Simple as that.

Great rule of thumb is Calories in vs. Calories out.
130 G Carbs in on the lower side of the spectrum, but the more pressing question is what does the rest of your diet and food intake look like?

Carb sensitivity is real, everyone is different.

Before I cut carbs, really low to lose weight I thought it was a bunch of bs the whole low carb, ketogenic, carb sensitivity crap, that everyone was talking about.

But sure enough once I cut carbs low, weight dropped quick, my hunger went down significantly, I was never bloated anymore, digestive system functioned better.

With your insulin levels low, it allows your body to burn fat constantly if that's the main goal.
