      But seriously, whey is good for mass gain, the NOS boost is pretty good for energy, creatine helps with recovery time, (just remember to cycle on amd off every month or so I think it is), and a testosterone booster can help all around too.

      Of course, theres stuff like Andro, Clen, and Meldonium, but they obviously have associated risks

        There's a lot of debate. Back when it was a big deal, I took it and never noticed it helping. Then, research came out implying that it's not helpful in free form, that it should be part of a complete protein.

        I don't bother with aminos or proteins loaded with free form aminos. I go for a whey protein that is minimally processed and naturally high in aminos, not stacked. I've had the best experience going that route.

            B Complex but that is about it.

            A diverse assortment of fruits and vegetables with give you most of the nutrients you aren't getting on a normal "American" diet.

                lol I cant take those pre workouts they make my balls and **** tingle, they make you want to wack off man its hard to focus if you are in class or work sitting down with a penis tickle from the pre workout supp. I forgot what causes that, I think it was arginine.

                When I stopped taking it I no longer had that ticklish horny feeling. Stuff was good back in the day havent taken that stuff in ages, I took NO Xplode back in like 2008.

                  I would go with a good pre-workout. The one I recommend is PUMP HD, that pre-workout is no joke. It has yohimbe bark in it so itll increase a lil test and it also has creatine. It makes you super vascular and the concentration is un-real.
