I don't bother with aminos or proteins loaded with free form aminos. I go for a whey protein that is minimally processed and naturally high in aminos, not stacked. I've had the best experience going that route.

B Complex but that is about it.
A diverse assortment of fruits and vegetables with give you most of the nutrients you aren't getting on a normal "American" diet.
