Hey everybody, is there any supplement that could help me with my performance? Only one I have on my mind is beta alanine and maybe whey protein only if your diet lacks in protein.

I would recommend Creatine monohydrate, is very cheap if you just buy the basic form (which is the best). A solid multivitamin e.g opti-men is important. Them two are the essentials. Fish oil is good, and whey protein if you arent getting enough, although you probably dont need as much protein as the muscle mags make out. Beta alanine has some good evidence i think for its use.

If it's not muscular endurance but just energy you need, then caffeine and simple uppers are ok. Do not go with the hardcore energy supps as you will quickly build a tolerance and start taxing your heart chasing that energy high.
If you sweat a lot, you might need more minerals/electrolytes.
Eating some fruit (esp some thing like a banana) can help with cardio exercise sometimes.
I've used just about every conceivable supp over the years, just for the fun of experimenting. But, the best methods and the ones I've stuck with are usually some of the most simple.

Most supplements are either, useless, dangerous, or filled with the lowest possible level ingredients, a lot of these supps can also mess with hormone production.
The one product I do support is ZMA though. The deeper sleep you get, the more efficient your hormone production will be, the better your body will operate when awake Nd physically active.
I had a very good and noticeable reaction to ZMA, most people probably wont though.

Boxing is a sport where endurance is very important. a great stack to implement would be All American EFX cell rush where your giving your muscles kre-alkalyne creatine. Fast delivery, no bloating. The kicker here is that it also has beta alanine in it as well. Beta alanine delays muscle fatigue, helping muscle endurance tremendously with the creatine and beta alanine together. I would also take EFX's LG5 pro. Its a liquid glutamine that you take before bed. Glutamine is an amino acid that is great for muscle recovery and soreness. All of these can be found on . Good luck buddy, Do work!
