The authors of that study are listed as:
Williams GM, Kroes R, Munro IC.

The last one is Ian C. Munro, executive vice president of Cantox Health Sciences International.

Mother Jones has this to say about Cantox and about this particular study:

"The scientific consultancy firm that helped put together Roundup's primary safety review published in 2000, Cantox, advertises itself as a company whose job is to develop "strategic regulatory and compliance plans" that "facilitate timely global regulatory approvals" and "protect our customers [sic] interests."

The Cantox-assisted key Roundup safety review was published in the journal Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, an often controversial industry-friendly publication that a group of 40 scientists wrote a letter in 2003 to protest as having "corporate conflicts of interest," and serving as a "convenient venue for the publication of industry research" due to the journal's history of publishing the findings of paid industry consultants."

I guess it's lost on some people that ingesting chemicals is not good for you. Over the course of a few decades, it can be deadly. How is this not adding up for some?

We're always trying to escape death but it's inevitable. The person that eats all the right things can get ravaged by a disease in their 20's while a guy who poisons his body daily makes it to 80.

The first author in your study is listed as Williams GM. That's Gary M. Williams who it turns out used to be associated in the late 1980's with the American Health Foundation.

The American Health Foundation was funded in part by The NutraSweet Company and it's board of directors included representatives of PepsiCo and the National Soft Drink Association.

Guess who owned The NutraSweet Company back then? You got it....Monsanto. The same Monsanto that makes the RoundUp that your study claims is safe.

These days it's not enough to just point to a study in a journal and say "See, it's scientifically proven!" You also have to ask if the scientists doing the study have any conflicts of interest or industry ties that might affect the objectivity of the reported results.

You do know water is a chemical as is oxygen.

They are also toxic at the right dose.

I firmly believe their is a massive impact. How big of an impact is another question

Conspiracy theories and beliefs is about it.

No actual science or evidence though.

                Big Nature is a religion.

I gave you actual proof, not a theory, that one of the authors of your study has been funded by Monsanto in the past. That's a huge conflict of interest.

I also gave you actual proof, not a theory, that your study was published in the controversial and industry-friendly journal Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology.

                  According to Wikipedia:

"The journal is financed in part by the tobacco, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

In 2002, a group of 45 academics wrote a letter accusing the journal of a concealed pro-industry bias, saying that it "reads like an industry trade publication, but it's masked as a peer-reviewed journal" and that it lacked any "credible peer-review process". The scientists criticized the journal for failing to disclose conflicts of interest on the part of article authors and editors, citing a case in which Gori was paid $30,000 by the Tobacco Institute to publish an article in the journal dismissing the health risks of secondhand smoke.[2]

The journal has been accused of being "broker of junk science" by the Center for Public Integrity."

Used to be associated with a foundation partly funded by a company formerly owned by another company ?

                    Listen to yourself.

I'll let u in on an industry secret

scientists tend to work for science based companies who also tend to fund research.

Did u read the paper ?

Other than some dubious links to former employers and funding what exactly is wrong with the findings

If you believe a company that has less revenue than whole foods has control of every independent and government scientific department in the world then I can't help you.

                    Like I said it's a religion.
