I just got back into boxing training (2nd day today) after a long break (very long) and I'm no longer in condition as I used to be. First time I've feel heart aches every time I throw combos and I want to get back into condition and it's my first week back and my trainer wants me to spar next week.. I looked at him like WTH?!
Anyway, how long do you think it will take and what exercises can I do to get myself back into boxing condition also what diet/food should I be eating?
