    Does that rule still get enforced lol? Have any of you tried to be abstinent when you had a fight coming up?

    Also did this rule ever apply to female boxers as well lol?

                Its funny that you should mention *** before a fight, it's a little known secret that if a male fighter is struggling to lose that last pound, masturbating can help shift the last little fraction of weight.

                Thats why they disappear into privacy for a short while when they initially fail to make weight.

                The furious exercise of masturbating is in itself cardio and causes the man to sweat whilst also unloading on a dense excess fluid in semen. If well endowed in the testicle department, you could milk out poss 200-300ml of spuff. This practice is now increasingly common, Canelo reportedly often has to crank out several sessions before making weight.

                  I think it just depends on the individual. Personally, around the 3-5th day of abstaining, I'm just looking into destroy ****. Whether it be weights, an opponent, or that nice ass in transparent leggings that bends over in from of me.

                  So I'd be okay with having *** while training (minimally, and in a disciplined fashion), but personally I'd definitely abstain 3-4 days before a fight.

                    There's no reason to abstain, it's my favorite form of cardio by far as well.
