I get high all the time before traning, i get high before running, bike rides, lifting weights and even sometimes before sparring when i know it's against a traning parter i can have fun with.

I don't smoke before classes with coaches though as i feel it's disrespectful.

I especially like it before lifting, i get into a zone where i listen to music and do my sets without even thinking about it.

Which, oddly enough, THC opens up the lungs, increasing oxygen and blood flow, etc. Great for people with asthma. But yeah, even the act of inhaling THC smoke has its pros and cons. Youre pretty much gold if you are vaporizing it tho.

Great if your trying to bulk, not so much if you're trying to cut weight lol.

Interesting..when i smoke i do not do anything physical...but i heard it is what you do when you are high to see the true benefits...

I was a stoner for many years. It does not help. It increases estrogen and decreases testosterone and limits your lung capacity. Honestly the only drug I've found that helped my workouts were opiate painkillers, in small doses, not enough to really get high, but to get a nice buzz. It floods your brain with dopamine which makes you more motivated and is not neurotoxic (doesn't kill brain cells or damage brain tissue like marijuana does).

I do not reccomend doing this, I am just saying, out of all the drugs I've tried (and I've tried most of them...except methamphetamine) opiates were the most enjoyable and seemed to be the least counter-productive when it came to working out.

I play hockey and have for many years and NO drugs ever helped me with that. Being 100% sober was what made me perform my best in hockey. If you're just trying to gain muscle, I can't help you because that's never been my goal. I've always been into competition, like team sports, or just boxing. Weed did nothing but HURT me in those sports.

A little bit of Xanax or Klonopin might be good...and I mean a little bit. Do your research, AND NOT ON A BOXING FORUM!

Here is a perfect example...anyone read Mike Tyson's autobiography? As soon as he started smoking pot all the time (late 1990's after the Holyfield fight all the way up until his retirement in 2005) he was a big time stoner and a ******* user. He still kicked ass, (the Golota ass whooping was his best win post-prison, other than regaining the 2 titles from Bruno and Seldon, a huge accomplishment he never gets credit for) but I'm telling you, if he was drug free, totally drug free, he would've gone the distance with Lewis in 2002 and probably KO'd him early. I mean he went 8 rounds with a Lewis who was fighting the biggest fight of his life, trained harder than ever, was in the best shape of his life, and Tyson still stayed in there with him for almost 10 rounds, while being a strung out ******* addict and a daily marijuana smoker. Tysons career went downhill because of 4 things - Prison (3 years inactive), Don King (made him take fights just to make money) *******, and marijuana. He was not an athlete. He was a boxer and a drug addict post-1997. And he still kicked ass and was a God among us mere mortals. He beat some good fighters, too, all the while strung out on ******* and pot binges.

Pot is not good for cardio workouts.

Smoking reduces lung capacity, its pretty funny seeing pots smokers saying it increases lung capacity...... lay off the pot lolz.
