          I think an issue here is the fact you americans can easily source high quality sativa strains that give you a buzz kinda high. Over here we don't really have strains as much, theres just good and bad weed. Its mostly indica dominant

            also I was high when I wrote that **** haha, I've recently been applying for jobs/interviewing so I've been cutting back. More realistically for me an 8th every 2 weeks
            Oh your right bro no doubt. Ive always got the stuff around me though, and over here we spin our weed with a little tobacco and rip it in a bong through metal cone pieces. You guys seem to mostly rip bongs with just weed and no spin, and from what I've seen it like gets passed around between a couple ppl to finish it. Different way of smoking.

                The only time the ability to transfer oxygen to your blood through your lungs is the limiting factor is in elite short distance sprinters. If marijuana does give a benefit to exercise then it would be beneficial overall, since the detriment to your lungs is negligible if anything performance wise.

                  If you must smoke weed, avoid the blunts (tobacco). I've been working out hard for the past 12 years. I smoked weed off and on (mostly on) for the past 20 years. I stayed having nagging workout injuries when I smoked as opposed to not smoking.

                  I did smoke a blunt most of the time before I swam....and I would swim for about an hour. The lack of impact in the water made it easy and I would be high af swimming, feeling GOOD.

                    Yes eat it. Unless you're one of the unfortunate bastards who gets paranoid, this will help you with deep relaxation and therefore recovery, without irritating the lungs.

                      Im gonna go to the gym stoned as fck soon and see how it goes hahaha..

                      Gonna do legs and a bit of shoulders. Ill post how i go.
