For me I found portion is everything. You don't need a lot of weed to get you high.
If I smoke a half an 1/8 a day I'm going to feel groggy as hell. Just my opinion but you get higher when you give yourself breaks. I don't get any higher if I smoke bowl after bowl after bowl after bowl.
also I was high when I wrote that **** haha, I've recently been applying for jobs/interviewing so I've been cutting back. More realistically for me an 8th every 2 weeks

If you must smoke weed, avoid the blunts (tobacco). I've been working out hard for the past 12 years. I smoked weed off and on (mostly on) for the past 20 years. I stayed having nagging workout injuries when I smoked as opposed to not smoking.
I did smoke a blunt most of the time before I swam....and I would swim for about an hour. The lack of impact in the water made it easy and I would be high af swimming, feeling GOOD.Last edited by Mike Haynes; 09-26-2014, 10:17 PM.
