You're starving yourself man. When actively training, you burn anywhere from 2200-3000 calories a day. An apple only has ~100 calories and 4oz chicken breast with vegetables will only be around ~250 calories. You're literally eating only 800 calories a day.

This doesn't help with dropping weight because you're triggering your body to enter into starvation mode. When the body assumes that it's starving and being deprived of nutrients, it will try to retain as much fat and substance it possibly can from your food. You're going to be wasting away your muscle and building up fat deposits until your body can't take it anymore - then it will start turning you into skin and bones.

Do it healthily and you will drop weight much faster than what you're doing now. I suggest a healthy diet (similar to what I'm doing) like this:

        Breakfast:

        2 eggs ~150 Calories
        Toast ~90 Calories
1 cup of Almond Milk ~60 Calories

        Total: 300 Calories

        Brunch:

1 cup of Almond Milk ~60 Calories
        1/2 cup Granola ~200 Calories

        Total: 560 Calories

        Lunch:

        4oz Chicken Breast ~180 Calories
        Brocolli/Bell Peppers/Mushrooms/Vegetables ~75 Calories
1 Cup Brown Rice ~200 Calories
        Total: 1015 Calories

        Snack:

Banana or snack bar ~100 Calories

        Total: 1115 Calories

        Dinner:

        6oz Chicken Breast ~240 Calories
        Vegetables and ect. ~75 Calories
1 Cup Brown Rice ~200 Calories

        Total: 1630 Calories

        Late Night Snack:

        Power bar/Fruit/Anything ~200 Calories

        Total: ~About 1800-2000 Calories

Now look. Use this website to calculate how many calories you burn a day doing nothing.

At the lowest amount of activity, I still actively burn ~1800 calories a day. You can burn 100 calories just by doing an 8 minute mile. I'm assuming you'd be burning much more from training. An active training boxer likely burns upwards 2800 calories a day. That means even on this healthier diet, you'd still be burning 1000 calories a day, dropping 1 pound every 3.5 days.

Do yourself a favor and drop weight responsibly. Feel free to either take the diet I provided or tweak it to whatever suits you. Please, just don't hurt yourself by trying to crash-diet irresponsibly.
