Are there are any sparring gloves that are made of softer material?

Maybe more padding and the padding being softer but not so soft that upon contact your fist reaches the outer layer of the glove.

I know top ten gloves are very soft, but if you hit hard it will depress the foam to the knuckles on a great shot. Winning soft type gloves may be a great choice for your needs but I haven't used them before. I've also heard of IMF tech gel gloves which my be soft but again I haven't used so em but just an idea.

I use 16 ounces rival but when I spar with my friends they still feel it, so I pull on my punches and sometimes when I'm about to hit somebody at the last moment I just stop my momentum and it's kinda messy and it's not that I am a puncher or anything. This is not at a gym, we're doing it at my place so we're complete amateurs.

I just researched top 10 and they appear soft, I might look into them.

My cousin has some like this:

They feel like pillows if you want to pay that much.

I have Triumphs and they are very very soft for sparring.. Tons of padding covering the knuckle area. The other gloves I own are Grants.. quite the oppisite lol.

That's what I say too. I could never bring myself to spend that much money on sparring gloves. Might as well get used to getting hit with a little more stiffness for $50 or below than spend that much to baby your sparring partners. Getting ****** up a little is just part of the game. Get hit with a little snap and you'll end up working to improve your defense. I spent $30 for some 16 oz everlast gloves and they do the job just fine.
