    It is all about quality of jumping, not quantity. According to infamous Buddy Lee, you gotta have 180-200 revolutions per minute (rpm) at your top shape, and jump like that 20-30 minutes in total over the trainning at least

      Good to know but this has nothing to do with what Im asking lol

      I wanna know all the moves & sh-t that are most essential or beneficial to be able to do with the jumprope... im one of those dudes that goes ham on the rope and doesn't stay in one spot while im skipping unless the place is crowded and i can't do anything besides skip in one spot haha

      I wanna learn mad tricks & stuff

                    lol fo' real

                    If you look on his page, he's got a few videos where he breaks down certain tricks. Some of it is more flash over substance, but it's pretty good to ****e up the boring jumping routines. And people are gonna stare when you bust those crazy moves out lol
