For me its an healthier alternative than coffee. It help boost my motabilism. Reduces the level of cholesterol in blood, improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol. Green tea increases stamina and boost endurance. Helps Aiding in proper digestion.

Used to drink tea, for some odd reason I stopped but I'm definitely going back to it, you feel a lot better, more energized, only thing is I attend to things late so usually the pot burns. Felt best drinking black tea, no sugar at all by the way, may taste extremely bitter but you get used to it.

Really good benefit of green tea is also the anti inflammation that it gives your body, naturally. It's really good for joints and muscles after a work out. Kinda like popping an aspiring or advil, but without the chemicals.
