Although I've found that I've had shaky hands after some heavy bag workouts. At the end of the day, your fists take a battering too when you spar.
That's why I always concluded it was from the wraps and gloves.

Adrenaline would certainly make your hands shake as well.

do you shake only on the days you get hit hard? or everytime you spar?

if its only when you get your bell rung then i'd check out a doctor before doing anymore sparring.

if it happens everytime you're at the gym then you're fine. your fists definately take a beating. as the muscles in your hands/forearms get use to your workouts it should go away.

My hands shake too after boxing even if I don't spar. Its probably because of gloves and handwraps.

This has happened to me. I felt like it was a combo from adrenaline and just being spent from using anaerobic strength.
