    Shakeing after sparring

So I spar a lot and when I get hit hard multiple times i notice after sparring my hands are shaking a little bit? is it normal?

Are you shaking because of nerves or are you shaking involuntarily?

If you aren't shaking because of nerves, I would stop immediately and see a doctor asap because you could have some damage to your brain.

After taking the gloves and wraps off your hands shake due to lack of circulation. It should go away in a few hours.

        Nerves, Stress most likely.

people shake just off panic attacks,

I mean, are u shaking on random days or after a intense work out like sparring?

i shake after doing a crazy leg workout man,

I do some workouts on the Ross Training book.

lots of cleans, full body movements with good amount of weight.

that **** has my heart racing like im doing sprints and after the workout if lets say i go to the water fountain and push the button to get water my hand will be shaking

its nothing to worrie about, I was the same way. It's a mixture of fatigue and adrenaline that causes your shakes. Once the adrenaline wears off you'll be fine...........Rockin'

As rockin' said it's mainly because of the adrenaline pumping through your body. Next time you're in a situation where your adrenaline kicks in (not boxing) check your hands and i bet there's a slight shake

Agreed with most of the above posts. Adrenaline could well be the issue.

Although I've found that I've had shaky hands after some heavy bag workouts. At the end of the day, your fists take a battering too when you spar.
