well it went good. i went in there they showed me to a trainer who pawned me off on to a kid who told me to jump rope then after about 10 minutes of that i went and found him he took me to the trainer who had me wait around for 10 minutes then pawned me off to another kid who showed me in 3 minutes how to hit with the right and left hand while moving forward and left me in front of the mirror. the only other female that goes to that gym came up and said just stick with it and in a couple a weeks a trainer will start training me she said females usually come and go so they are a little more apt to leave you alone. but she said just come and jump rope and get in front of the mirror, my arms are sore im outta shape
, but i was wondering if i should try the speed bag. i was tempted today and also do you guys know of a good website or video that shows the proper stance as he didnt really show it to me right and i dont want to get bad habits. sorry for the long topic, just got back and i have to say i love it even thou i didnt really get shown hardly anything yet. i think i will really love it.
