He's nine years old, 43kg and is 2-0 in 'competition' 1 win by stoppage lol. I reckon he's pretty good with fast hands and surprising power and train him as best i can at home (mainly pads and a little light sparring) I think he needs to work on his fitness though. In one of those fights he won the first two rounds easy but looked wrecked in the 3rd. I reckon jumping rope would probably be the best way to improve that.
Also at just 9 years old how do you feel about stuff like push ups/sit ups etc How many should he be doing and how much is too much?
