Should you box when you are sick?

    @moneymayforever; cool, good to hear! I believe being ill isn't necessary a bad thing. It forces you to rest and I always feel like it makes me stronger and ready to another level. Does that sound ******? I sure am more eager to train after not being able to for a couple of days.

      I know it's dated but a great example of why the advice is this thread is sage is to go to the tape of Holyfield Bowe 3. The way Holyfield performed in that fight is exactly what you should expect to perform like in sparring/fights if you enter the ring sick. Rest is always a good thing.

        It depends on you and your determination. If you feel you have the ability to start training while you are sick but be careful that you won't hurt yourself or your sickness becomes more worse. And I like your courage and determination.
