That can be true but thats mostly because of culture and diet in the homeland. Most people back home work long hours and thus consume more carbs then protien. If you were to look at middle and upper class families alot of them are obese and some of my cousins and friends back home go to the gym often and are buffed like their american counterparts. It's more about the fact that most people over there dont have time to work out as much but if you look at our athletes, our cricketers for example are amongst the most fit in the world behind the Brits, Aussies, and Carribean players.. Anyways i aim to change that skiny "whippets" stereotype
I think its genetics if I'm honest, you go to Africa and look at the poorest parts where people eat next to nothing and even the skinny africans are loaded to the teeth with lean muscle. No doubt nutrition plays a massive part but i believe genetics is a big factor too.
I either see the skinny Asian who is long and lean like a runner bean, or the skinny-fat type, who have chubby bellies but long thin arms and legs.
Who knows, it's just an observation i've made over the years. Good luck with your plans!
Hard question, i'm Half Mexican, half US American, so I should be a White Hispanic or something like that then, not that I give a damn about it anyway.
Actually I am from Puerto Rico and we have bigger ****s and make love to women better than any other race ahh and we have the best boxers in the world too.
