    I want to gain 20lbs by christmas

    This gives me approx 10 weeks, so 2lb a week.

    In no way am i overweight in fact im probably slightly under my average weight as i havent been eating properly and i dropped maybe 5-10lbs

    It doesn't need to be 100% lean weight but i don't want just 20lbs of fat, is this an achievable goal and if so how would you reccomend i go about achieving it?

      I go something that will put on 20 pounds of moslty muscle in a month (dont worry its not illegal at least not yet) before i even recomend it to you. wats you age, how much you weigh. and how often do you lift. if you want to gain moslty lean weight you better be weight lifting

            No lying either....

            Ill drop probably 7lbs in the first week fyi... it'll mostly be food and water weight though, then itll slow down... just so you know Im not lying.

              I trust you reed, and theres no point either of us lying anyway we'd only ge fooling ourselves.

              I think we should both target 190 man since we are only 10lbs apart on our goals

                I haven't been 190lbs since I was 21 lol... uhh give me 10 mins to think about it lol.

                    Reed to lose that weight which is quite abit. How many days a week will you train, what foods will u be mainly eating etc etc and how will you not be downright misarable cutting it when you dont have to do it?
