Just curious as to how you amateurs and pro's go about "making weight". I normally weigh about 160-165 when I'm in good to pretty good conditioning. Is it possible to drop an extra 10 lbs to make weight for welterweight and not be hindering my energy and power? What exactly would one eat the week of the fight and what would one eat after the weigh in to regain the weight as healthy and fast as possible?
