What do you focus on when you have to 'dig deep'??

U know the feeling when you're training or boxing and you're at the point where you wanna give up, almost that sickly feeling.
What do you focus on to keep you going through that really tough bit.?
    Or do you give up?
What gives you the heart to continue?

Most times it's out of the embarrassment of quitting infront of people that keeps me going, anyone got any deeper strategies?

      I just say to myself..

      You have the warrior spirit.

El Terrible would've never quit like this.

B-hop would've never quit like this.

Hagler would've never quit like this.

I used to be in good condition as far as endurance. I would focus on not showing my fatigue because I knew if I was near my breaking point the other person must be also so It could discourage him to see that I was not tired looking. And thats all, I would keep competing and try not to show how tired I was. You don't want the people you are trying to beat to feel confidence.
