    I think your very brave putting that video on as your likely to get negative comments ...But i got be honest with you ...after 2 years of training i am sure i have seen 15 yr old lads at my gym hit a HB better than you ...
    You need to go to a gym and stay there

      rusty,yes very much so,you have to get your tools working again,whe you stop for a while that will happen,your timing is way off and when you throw punches you tend to vere off balance,also the bag is to low raise it a bit this way you wil be able to slip back and throw uppercuts,and when you step to the left you will be able to throw a double hook,one to the body ,one to the head,step to the right feint to the left throw a jab move back feint forward,feint back throw a right

        Probably shouldn't stop in the middle of a round to roll your neck around. The other guy will hit you.


        And what everyone else has said is correct: Go to a gym. You're arm-punching like crazy.

          yup, join a gym buddy, don't be discouraged though, some adjustments and you'll do great.

            I went to a gym for 3-4 months, but I got mononucleosis and I couldn't do any physical workouts for a good 2-3 months.. So I lost a lot of my technique and the ground stuff..
            My dad used to fight amateur with a pretty decent record, but he works a lot and never really has time to show me how etc.. So yes, whenever I'm boxing I just do it with what I think is correct.

            Thanks for all the feedback, I never said I was an amateur or a professional in anyway.. So all the people who're dissing me, it's okay, tell me I suck and I'll only work harder not to.

              shadow boxing

              You need footwork and balance. it looks like you do know the sport of boxing. Just keep at it and dont worry about the haters they are always gonna say what they say. let them post something on here and I BET me and you would probably kick half of these guys ass all day. Oh and turn your right hand too and commit it looks like you can have some POWER on it. check out my VIDeo dude and tell me what you think.

                not too bad. Fully extend on your punches man, but not too hard, you dont wanna hurt your elbows. Also, sit back on your right leg, you're mad open to some uppercuts. And the biggest thing. don't just go round to your left, it's natural, but make sure you mix it up, front back, right, left etc

                    I was at home in a small room so i just wanted to show what I got. I am extremly overweight here and need to be at least 50 lbs lighter. I'll post vid of me in a gym soon. My heavy bag work is sick too. I have alot of power in both hands and IM FAST!!!!! but yeah I do need to work on that right leg and tucking my elbows in more for DEFENCE.

                      you have nice combos...i hate when people just **** on people in stead of giving pointers...work on your foot work..stay on the balls of your feet..good to see you using head movement and keeping your hands up...keep up the work you'll improve drastically..
