    A bit of heavy bag and shadowboxing (rusty)

    Hi guys.

    I've gotten back to training on a more intensified level since the summer is over and it's time to get back into everyday life again.

    I did some heavybag and some shadowboxing in these two clips below.
    Any feedback is greatly appreciated it.


    (Skip to 40 seconds in this one, I had to get the gloves on first.)

          I'm punching it fairly hard at sometimes, it's solid as hell though.. 55kg and quite hard.

              Id raise the bag up alittle so your eye lvl is just alittle above the middle.

              keep your right up when you jab and hook and stuff on the bag, your much better at shadow boxing though probably because its usually done in front of a mirror.

                you box like someone who has seen a lot of training videos or highlight reels and attempts to imitate them. you've got a lot of really bad habits. get yourself to a gym

                  Rotate on the ball of your right foot and throw your hip and shoulder into your right cross, now it's an arm punch when it should be your power shot.

                    First of all, you need to get your feet right, you don't cross them over, because if you get hit, while doing that, you'l end up on your ass. And second do you actually go to a gym? Or do you just teach your self so to speak
