Thought it would be interesting for me to make this thread. I'm gonna try to drop down to 160 lbs. For the past 4 days I've been eating once/ twice a day (Mostly once).
Right now I heated up some spinach in the microwave, toasted 4 slices of wheat bread in the oven and added a little butter on top
