I dont box but i play soccer and hurling(irish sport) and i find myself to be very unfit.
Ive been training hard for 2months(but ive been keeping active for most of the year but my training for hurling just recently startd) and it seems that i havent gained any fitness and dont feel physically tired just out of breath when i sprint for a bit. Now im not the fastest, im 6'4 around 175lbs im in somewhat good shape.
Any tips on how to gain fitness i dont really go to the gym, and i dont eat the most healthiest thingsso can anyon maybe give a few things maybe i could just to maybe get fitter
