Should have etched out a few more seconds, you had 2:53 on the video as the end. lol
Your favorite punch is the left hook huh?
First off, I always tell this to my fighters, when hitting the bags, mitts or even shadow boxing, do it as if you were boxing for real.
Meaning, move more, slip punches more, under hooks, jabs, turn more etc.
Also, try to mix up your combo's more, like you seem to love to throw the left hook right hand combo. Throw all kinds of punches, uppers, jabs, hooks to the body not just the head.
Shadow boxing is not just cardio, it's to look at yourself and see your technique and what flaws you have. Do it in front of a mirror. You should also move around more, give yourself more space.
It's good for a beginner, just be more fluid, move more, slip and catch punches, show defense and mix up your combo's.

Motherf**ker, throw that bull**** on me and you'll be pickin' up your own teeth, snow white. LMAO, I'm just kiddin' man. For real though, if I were fighting you I'd catch you in the middle of one of those pitter pat punches and counter it with a huge shot.
Because, I know, that when you're pitter-patting your mind is focus on landing your $$$ punch.
Also, when you're jabbin' low, change your level as well, not just the direction of the punch. Because, when you jab low and your body is still erect you leave your head exposed, ya feel me, but don't lean your head in too much when you jab low either.
