Nothing really. Your the best shadow boxing video I have seen on boxing scene. I would say, pretend like your boxing someone. Only thing I can think of, nothing else is worth mentioning. I'm sure someone would find something dumb to say, like your socks are the wrong color, but I don't see much wrong with it. Should have etched out a few more seconds, you had 2:53 on the video as the end. lol
Your favorite punch is the left hook huh?

It's pretty damn good.
At a first glance I'd say...
Lean more into that straight right and don't lift your feet off the ground when you throw it. You can get away with that if jabing most of the time but not that often with the straight right.
Have a bit more torso movement and head movement.
Let go of the arms a bit more and try more combinations.
Alternate ways of throwing that left hook, try to throw it a bit further away also, especially after jabing.

Snap out your other punches. Throw some feints and head movement. I see how your thinkin', you'll pitter pat 'em and then **** 'em with your left, hmm.
Motherf**ker, throw that bull**** on me and you'll be pickin' up your own teeth, snow white. LMAO, I'm just kiddin' man. For real though, if I were fighting you I'd catch you in the middle of one of those pitter pat punches and counter it with a huge shot.
Because, I know, that when you're pitter-patting your mind is focus on landing your $$$ punch.
Also, when you're jabbin' low, change your level as well, not just the direction of the punch. Because, when you jab low and your body is still erect you leave your head exposed, ya feel me, but don't lean your head in too much when you jab low either.Last edited by 1 on 1; 05-04-2010, 02:44 AM.

Looks good to me. Sharp technique. Only thing i can think of is maybe to put a little more waist/body rotation into the jab to make it stiffer or step in more with the jab sometimes for variation and power.

extend your punches more, throw more uppercuts and bend your knees to get more power for it, you want a quick jab throw it out fast and get it back just as fast, bend your knees when throwing the jab to the body. but yeah good, keep it up
