CREATINE: Good or Bad for boxers?

Looking to lose body fat, But not muscle in fact muscle growth wanted, I have been told creatine helps power/strength/recovery, but of course I don't want to bulk up and get slow.

any advice or help appreciated, thanks!

PLEASE ONLY COMMENT IF YOU KNOW ACTUAL FACTS ABOUT "CREATINE" OR ARE TALKING FORM ADVICE.

If you take just 5 grams of creatine a day, you'll be fine. If you were to load(taking 20 grams) a day, for the first five days, then 10 grams for the maintance stage after that, you will bulk up, due to the water retention. 5 grams is plenty, plus whatever you get from meat and chicken, you might eat.

in my experience its unnecessary. you dont need to worry about muscle mass, if you're training properly on the weights you will have strength even if your mass decreases. you will always lose some muscle when you cut alot of weight.

I dont see how its BAD for you. Its only creatine, our bodies produce a specific amount every day. I wouldnt take over 5g a day though. I say keep taking it if you would like, just remember to drink a lot of water.

5 grams a day, and you'll be fine. 100% positive. Just don't load it (20 grams).

                    IMO, bad.

Makes you retain water and yuo feel bulky and slow while training.
