I jump rope for 120 minutes a day. 40 before Football practice, 40 before Wrestling practice, and 40 before B Ball practice.

That's a lot of jump roping.

            1000 jump ropes.

3 sets of 300 then shadow box in between with handgrips while i punch. then continue the other 300.

            so its (1)300. shadowbox (2)300. shadowbox (3)300. shadowbox...then one rapid 100 jumps

thats just a span of 30 mins...usually with like 10 second breaks

That's nothing for a supreme athlete like AC Slater. Maybe a lot for those dweebs from Valley High, but it's nothing for a jock from Bayside.

when I'm lifting weights at home, i often do 35-55 minutes of jump rope be4 the actual workout. it's a perfect exercise.

Yea just stick too it I used to see other people doing like tricks and stuff and going hardout and i could barely do it at all for like more than a minute without messing up but after a while you see other people struggling and your like yea i remember when i was there hahahaa.

Its the same as the F/C ball and the speed ball after a while you just get a rhythm for it if you stick to it =]

I use to skip twice then mess up, (o.0) now i can go for a good minute without failing!!,

I've been skipping allot more lately, when my new rope arrives tomorrow, I'm gonna smash it for about an hour every day,

                    must be great for health!
