Not a whole lot. About 20 minutes, three times a week.

45 min. before training, 40 min. after training - 4 times a week.
Jump rope routine is so underrated. I can't live without it.

10 rounds straight everyday when I get to gym unless I run special drills from my coaches

Monday, wednesday, friday usually 15 minutes straight at the start to warmup. Tuesday and thursday we have a heavy conditioning class so I just do that first without warming up and then go right into my boxing training.

I'm horrible at jump roping. I feel awkward because I mess up a lot while while the other guys continue jumping.
