    Workouts that make me feel manly? How about deadlifting with 315, sets of 10... If you can deadlift that much and can handle 10 reps, go 3 sets, and more if you can... That always makes me feel pretty manly... Military Press.... Dips are probably my favorite workout overall, great bodyweight workout, especially with a 45 lb. plate on your lap!

        "Tabata Something Else"

        Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

        Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
        I work at crossfit, it's called tabata x2..only we did 2 times as many exsersizes..I was friggen dead

        push ups
        pull ups (chest to bar)
        box jumps
        burpees
        wall ball
        knees to elbows
        burpees (again)

            10, 10s

            10 exercises, 10 times during 4 sets without rest

            doing 100burpees in one go is just silly

            theres pushing ur self and then theres over doing it

            doing the 10/10 after u workout, sparring bag etc

            good workout

                    6 x 3-minute rounds with 30 seconds of rest between rounds. Burpees for 30 seconds as fast as possible performing a pushup each time and jumping as high as possible for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of shadowboxing (this is not an oppurtunity to rest, you should fight fatigue and keep your form while throwing fast punches nonstop). Repeat this until 30 seconds is over then have a 30 second break and start again. Do six rounds...

                      10 Burpees
                      25 meters bear crawls
                      25 meters crab walks

                      Workout lasts for 20 mins without any rest and go as fast as possible
