    foods that go through u and dont weigh much in ur system, kinda like a little detox
    you carry around 1-2kg in ur intestines and colon etc, so a cleanse helps u lose a bit

      Hi, I'm new here but just want to join the discussion. Yes, half a kilo is fairly easy to lose in a week. If you continue to be consistent in your work out, even just light work out, you can lose 1.1 lb in(0.5 kilo) in a week.
