losing half a kilo in a week

im boxing next week + need to lose about half a kilo

what things should i do to lose it safely

i dont want to starve my self the day before because im over weight

Well half a kilo is only a little over a pound, which is relatively easy to lose.

Cut your calorific intake and do some light exercise such as walking or maybe a bit of swimming. Nothing too heavy though; so no runs or weights etc.

You could easily cut that weight in a sauna tho.

Well if you rehydrate your weight will rise back to what it was before the sauna.

Are you losing weight for a weigh in?

            Yeah, that's a great idea.

Basically just cut your calories and do light exercise. The day before you might have to skip a meal, or not actualyl drink anything, but that's worst case scenario.

If you're a week out, you could try doing some HIIT today/tomorrow, that's great for fat loss and would kick start your metabolism.

                /

half a kilo is nothing, most boxers have to cut 5kg-10kg for fights,
you could practicly wake up one morning and youl be half a kilo lighter,
your weight goes up and down it never stays egsactly on a certain amount..depending on what youve eaten, drank or how much youve sweated.

try goin to bed on a light stmomach, wake up and youl probably weight 1-2kg less than you are now, its that simple..

basacily 0.5kg is nothing, if u wanna lose quite alot of weight tho to make sure then, cut your calories and workout more

                  10kg wtf?

10kg is over 22 pounds, it's VERY rare for a boxer to cut anywhere near that much.

Even 15 is a huge amount.
