Ok i weigh 200 pounds atm i am 6 foot tall 16 years old. i was thinking of droping to 178 for pa golden gloves i will be fighting in it . i have aproximitely 2 months and 2 weeks to train my ass off. i was wondering if u think i should drop to 179 or fight at heavy weight 201 and up. i still think i have a but of fat i can lose and be in much beter shape.any tips and help will be great.
so far my diet plan will be constiting of mainly
oatmeal ,fish,chicken breast,yogurt as a snack,salad,and green vegetables.
only gona drink water and maybe weigh protien now and then.
what do u guys think?
ok training wise i useualy do about 5-7 rounds of shadow boxing
jump rope about 5-10 rounds useualy with music as i like to jump rope and music makes me get hype.
bag work - 6-10 rounds depending on how i feel
speed bag for about 15-20 min straight
dubble end bad for about 3-5 rounds
i useualy do pads mybe 2 times a week or so.
anything i should add to my training rutine to help me burn fat and gain more muscle. i am a good boxer only thing is when i get tired i give ther fighters more than i should so i want to make sure im not tired at all goal is to win the whole turniment.
