Do any of you guys know how this works ?
I cant seem to pin the concept and for some reason its ridiculously hard to find much information about it...
So if i train in the aerobic zone - between 70% and 80% of my max heart rate, and i continuously train in this zone, i will see a significant increase in my aerobic capacity or endurance?
And further to that, if i train in the region of 80% to 90% which is the anaerobic threshold, and continue training at this rate, i will see an improvement in my ability to last in this zone?
If any of you guys know anything, please let me know.
Or if you have any decent links/books i could visit/buy then again let me know.
