You might have overtrained, or your body needs time to heal. You're not always going to be 100% when training. Try taking a day off, and eating protein, vegatables, fruits, and Carbohydrates. Try mostly Protein, so that your body can heal.Last edited by OaktownGhost; 12-03-2009, 05:19 PM.
