where did your speed go,i can not see how it can be reduced to that of shadow boxing,are you sure it is not misplaced,ask around maybe someone will find it,does your trainer know were it might of gone too,

as i thought mr boxer if desperately trying to be funny and making an epic failure of it.

maybe the stop watch that is counting this so called speed you claim to have is not working,
