take 1 day off of boxing, make it 3 days of each thing, but up the activity level of those days to compensate

eventually, try doing 2 miles everyday

Kind of tricky to answer as everyones body is different, but I think 7 days a week is a little to much for most. Apart from the obvious issue of getting more injuries, the body needs rest and time to recover and by not taking even 1 day out you may overtrain and the effects of that can be really rubbish..

Also, no weight training invloved?? If your looking to drop fat id definitely include some in your week

40 mins of cardio 4 times a week and weight training 3 days a week.

no... rest is as important, if not more, than working out/training...

When I'm healthy I really try to train every single day of the week, even on my off day from the gym I'll run. Though with work and just life in general, it is really difficult to do this week in and week out. I say, if your body can handle it, you're feeling good, and you have the proper nutrition, go for it.

You can definitely train everyday, but to do this you REALLY need to get A LOT of sleep and eat very healthy. I'm talking about clean foods and around 10-12 hours of sleep per day, maybe even some naps during the day as well.

But most people don't have that kind of time to dedicate to eating right and getting enough sleep so I recommend at at least 2 days off.
