Them apples old school war camp

    Just an update

if you want to get into INSANE shape for boxing - all you need to do is this

morning : row 20,000 metres on a rowing machine while pulling all the way back like a situp

go home and hang out sleep play games whatever

evening: get on the air-bike (much harder than assault bike) for 1 hour and keep the rpms at 60+

both these machines compliment eachother by working opposing muscles in a power cardio scenario

I can assure you running 10 miles is absolutely nothing compared to this - walk in the park. Your strength speed and stamina will sky rocket.

between the 2 it’s around 2500 calories burned

1 hour and 40 mins. Been at it for a while. Keep in mind, I add a situp at the end for the core. Which bites into my times but makes for a better workout

after the session is over its something like 2000 situps or so

Rowing 20,000 meters in the morning followed by an hour on the air bike will definitely push your strength, speed, and stamina to new levels. The combination of these two machines works opposing muscle groups and provides an excellent cardio workout. Burning around 2,500 calories with this regimen will surely help you get into incredible shape for boxing. Just be sure to allow for adequate recovery to avoid injury!
