    After 4 days of training...

    I started at 250. I feel great. im doing 1 hour of biking (16KM) a day plus every second day im weight lifting.


    Sure feels good to be back in the grove of things

    16k in one hour? On a bike?

    Thats silly slow.

    I run that in 90 mins.

        you started at 250 what?what are you trying to say,it is your fourth day of training,explain yourself i do not get any of this,are you doing 250 sit ups,what is it you started at 250

          I think he's 250 pounds...

          Yea man, 16k on a bike is rather slow!

          Your lord and leader Manny would not approve of such a slow pace, nor would he approve of ur bodyweight.

              Give the guy some credit, ppl.

              Unless he has trained in boxing before, don't judge his training results.

              Who cares if he is 250 lbs?

              Who cares if he only did 16km on a bike in 1 hour?

              If the later results show a great improvement, then he is achieving something.

              But before that, try not to judge the fella.
